The location is good for transportation and supermarket at the front the street you can walk by 3 minutes
The room is very comforted and cleaned, shared bathroom for 4 rooms are clean every single day
All receptionists are friendly and great service mind, even I have late check-in so they are provided the way to support me to get into the room and always assist when I am asked to help, all receptionists spoke English very well

Location is great, walkable to metro, supermarket, restaurants, museums, we even walked to Kazan Cathedral and Winter Palace.
Staff is super super nice and helpful.
Everywhere is clean and well-equipped.
What was bad
Since it is located right next to the main street, do expect the NOISE at night…
