Poor service, no toothbrushes, no slippers, poor soundproofing, no lift for luggage, very unstable water temperature, no warm water

Near by metro as well as tram really well maintained place . Recommended to stay really classy and breakfst is really nice worth the price all over very good

The hotel is easy to find and not so far to the famous scenic spot，we always select ed walking. The room is clean and big enough for me and my friend. The receptions they are nice and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast. I definitely will recommend this hotel for others.
What was bad
The hot water in the bathroom need to draw a while waiting a little bit and the water from tap is too rush which is not very environmentally friendly I think.

Staffs are really friendly and informative.They can speak english.Property is very near to metro station and only walkable distance to main attractions.
