I stay 4 nights but hotel didn’t clean anything on that 4 nights. It’s very bad. No change towels , No Chang bed sheets , No clean the floor ,No give a new shower cap just give me a bottles of water. I travel many country in the world it’s never got to hotel service like this I talked to reception about clean my room 2 times they’re say yes but nothing changed. Dissappointed

Close to metro, modern rooms, good housekeeping.
What was bad
The rooms are extremely small (10 sq m). Panoramic elevator is broken and when stopping at a floor can be heard from the rooms (noise), also needs cleaning.

What was good
Very friendly staff and always very humble to their foreign guests. The toilets very very clean and all amenities were available in the room, e.g. cutlery, microwave oven, dryer, etc.
What was bad
The access to the main door should not be blocked by the sliding gate, because I had to take a long way from the other side and that too with two trolley bags in the thick snow.

Service. Almost all of the things need to be changed. Whatever we wanna do we need to pay. And most of time they can't express clearly of the facilities, such as washing machine. The words of the customer service in the phone are completely different from the words of the customer service on the spot.
