The lady was very nice and helpful. The building is now under reconstruction be prepared it is loud outside. Also internet was not working because of that but we had local sim cards with internet.
What was bad
The room was already too cold no heating specialy after day of walking in the cold you come back to cold room. In Saint Petersburg they should start with heating already it was 12 celsius outside
