The rooms have views of Lake Baikal, the source of the Angara, the Shaman Stone, and the peaks of Khamar-Daban.

The hotel complex has 26 rooms equipped with Italian oak furniture, modern electronic equipment, and other necessary accessories. The complex is built from natural, environmentally friendly materials. Valuable tree species predominate in the decoration: oak, ash, cedar, Siberian pine. The marine theme is the main one in the hotel interior.

There is a restaurant in the hotel complex. The interior is designed in a maritime style, seats 52 guests and offers traditional Russian and Siberian cuisine. Breakfast can be booked on arrival. Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM in the form of a continental breakfast or a buffet. From May to September breakfast is served on the summer veranda with panoramic windows.

The hotel complex is located on the coastline and has direct access to the water, its own pier for mooring ships, distance from the main road and mass gatherings of tourists, especially in the summer season.

There is also a bathhouse, designed in the style of a frigate from the time of Peter the Great. The hotel grounds continue the theme of seafaring: there is a wooden frigate, a submarine, ship cannons, a lighthouse, anchors, and a bell.
