At the apartament hotel

The apartments are designed for 1-4 guests. The apartments have: queen-size bed with orthopaedic mattress 160x200, sofa bed, bed linen, towels and bathrobes for each guest. Disposable slippers, shower gel, shampoo, soap, hygiene products, dishwashing gel, tea, coffee and a small amount of food for a quick breakfast are provided.

The apartment also has utensils and appliances: washing machine, fridge, microwave, hob, kettle, hairdryer, ironing facilities. There is a Full HD TV, Smart TV, high speed Wi-Fi, wardrobe, table and chair, centralised air conditioning.

There is a free car park opposite the house, where there is always room for cars. Closed access to the floor, security — the apartment hotel has video surveillance in the corridors and hall.

On the ground floor there is a lobby bar with a co-working area, a shop, a cafe, as well as a SPA complex with sauna, swimming pool and Jacuzzi, payable separately.
