Additional information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Check-in to the apartments is done remotely.
After booking the guests will receive a message on the phone number from Flatsharing service on the form of signing the contract, uploading passport data in electronic form and payment, after that the detailed instructions for check-in will be sent.
Deposit RUB 3000.00 is returned on the day of departure from 03:00 PM to 05:00 PM by card transfer.
In case of booking from 7 days the deposit is RUB 5000.00.
Late check-out is possible by agreement, subject to hourly extension RUB 600.00 per hour after 12:00 PM.
Late check-in after 10:00 PM is charged RUB 450.00 extra to the rent.
Pets will be charged extra, cats are not allowed.
Smoking in the flat and on the balcony is strictly prohibited, the penalty is 100% of the deposit.
