Samali Residence

This is something very new therefore not yet popular place on the Romanian seaside. Can be a gem, depending what you're looking for. As this year we did not have budget restrictions and wanted a lot of space for the family, we have chosen this place to spend the summer holiday. The place was meant to be a business building but got transformed in an apart-hotel. I believe it was a good choice. Apartments are huge, over 100 sqm each I suppose, with huge balcony which offers some view to the sea, depending on which floor you are. The area is quiet, some street noise can enter in rooms on the same side as the entrance. Apartment furnishings are very modern, there is a high quality internet connection and a kitchen fitted with fridge, washing machine and cocking place. Kitchen ware is limited, don't expect that you'll be able to do complicated things. Just the basics. Our apartment had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a huge circular balcony and a living room with a kitchen. Reception people are young and helpful, basically there is no complicated things in Eforie, the hotel being on the end of the main street so you cannot get lost. Beach access is max 10 min walking. There are a miriad of restaurants in even closer vicinity. Parking can be an issue, meaning that the underground parking is limited, but depending on the day , you may find parking space on the side of the road in front of the hotel. Overall we have been please with the experience, most probably we will return in the next years.
