+ Perfect location, 3 mins walk to the city center and Old Town + Only 5 mins away from the bus stop to the airport + Located in one of the most luxurious streets in the city + Super fast internet + Helpful staff + Mostly quiet, only 8 visitors staying at most - no queues for the bath + Electronic heater in the rooms + Washing machine and powder in the bathroom + Let you stay after the check out time + Clean towels + Large and comfortable bed + Big mirror + A wardrobe with a key - Creepy and silent building - It takes days to figure out how the heater works - Staff is mostly out of the place, but responds to emails in an hour - Broken door handles (Room 4) - Bad view (Room 1 has the greatest view, you can get it only if you stay in a luxurious hotel. - When you arrive you need to open the safebox on the third floor of the building and get a key to a room, this is how you get your room. You must ask the password for the safebox before your arrival if you do not want to call them. (If you do not want roaming charges, remember to send an email asking the details). - No hair dryer, sometimes lack of toilet paper, blocked sinks from time to time - Curtains show inside of the room when you turn the lights on at night. Despite the problems, I would like to stay for the second time as I love staying at the city centers. If travelling is more important for you than a 5 star comfort, you may prefer this place.
