The staff were brilliant and really helpful and friendly. The rooms were tidy and clean. Balcony views were stunning! 
Would highly recommend.
We visited Bran Castle whilst we were there & Brasov. Loved Romanian and the Romanian people will be returning! 

The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the room was spacious and clean, with a large terase. Wireless was available in the room, and it was working. The breakfast was good, with plenty of options. They don't have a restaurant for lunch and dinner, but the main restaurants in Poiana Brasov are 5-10 minutes away by foot, so it's not a problem.

We were stayed there for one night. The rooms are modern, looks very nice and have a balcony. Beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and speak fluent English. There is a nice bar and also a sauna. There is extra charge for breakfast. 
Good value for money.

Great place to stay!

A very nice place to spend the weekend

Very good hotel

The pension is located on the quiet side of Poiana Brasov and quite close to the Capra Neagra cable car. It is a bit cramped between the two buildings on each side, so there is practically no view unless your room faces the mountain. We had a studio on the second floor, facing the back and the right side of the house, very clean, spacious and quiet, a bit dark though and with a very tiny bathroom. 

They only offer breakfast in a large room on the ground floor, which is actually below the street level and therefore a bit dark as well. Food though is very tasty. 

Staff are extremely friendly and willing to help.

Overall it is a nice place, in a very good location, built though in a chaotic way and in an architecture not necessarily in line with the surroundings. I believe they could have done a better job for a greenfield.

Mont Blanc without a view, but overall a decent place to stay

The hotel is located off a quiet side street making it lovely and quiet. We were greeted on arrival by Alex who was always willing to help us with every little request and was very friendly. The location is excellent, 5 minutes away from the action and the rooms are spacious with a giant bathroom (we were in room 301)  Breakfast is one of the best I have experienced in Romania. The sauna is in excellent condition but you do need to give them a hour heads up if you wish to use it.
However, we had quite a few problems whilst staying:
1. We came back from a day out to find our door had not been shut and was left unlocked after they had cleaned the room leaving our possessions easily accessible (luckily nothing as yet has been noted as missing)and we presume this was just an accident on the hotels behalf.
2. The cleaning of the room was terrible during our two nights. Soap was not replenished, bed made hastily with the pillows thrown unevenly onto it.
3. The WiFi kept on cutting out and was very poor.
4. There was little hot water to take a bath after a long day out in the cold.
5. The pillows are too soft (personal preference I know) but you literally sink down to the mattress making then very uncomfotable on your neck and cause you to loose sleep. We had to position towels underneath to give them some structure.

I think when we return to the area we will look elsewhere but thank you Alex for being so helpful and friendly. I wish I could rate it higher as it has a lot of potential to be great but due to the security issue with our door it didn't put us at ease.
