You feel like home in this place!
Hosts are great people who do not hesitate to help you with anything.
The area is also very beautiful and quiet, perfect for relaxing, within walking distance of a beautiful forest.
It is one of the favorite places in the country, one that I really have nothing to reproach (demanding cleanliness, neat furniture, quietness).

Very nice place for relaxing

We stay 15 people with childs. The place and the garden was very good. When we arrive there was rain and the atmosphere was unbelievable.The owner of the house was very kind. When we arrive she offer us traditional liquor. The dinner was romanian kitchen and very good. In the morning the breakfast was delicious. The hotel was very clean. Especially garden was very good.

A very beautiful and peaceful place

Were there with my girlfriend for 3 days in September 2016. Great place where you can have a real relax from the craziness of the everyday life in the big city. 

Pluses:

- big green well maintained garden, barbecue, wooden benches and tables to sit outside, swing and nice garden decoration
- rooms with a nice view to the surrounding meadows
- rooms big, clean, bathroom also very clean and nice. Our room was even with a balcony with chairs and a table to sit and relax.
- very quiet
- hosts are polite, helpful, smiling and talkative. Their English is poor though, thank God my GF is Romanian. The husband even assisted us with the barbecue.
- big kitchen with everything needed for a meal preparation, even tableclothes.

Minuses:

- the hosts were a bit perplexed by our early arrival, although we were there around 10:30 AM. They were a bit late with the preparation of our room, we had to wait about an hour, but is not a big deal.
- no shield or anything indicating the place - we found it thanks to Google Street view image which we memorized in advance.

An advice to the ppl going there: bring your own food (there are two big fridges in the kitchen) and prepare it there, as there is no restaurant at the place. 

And last but not least - to the reviewer Gabriala and her friend 10Ami - this is a place where you go to have a real rest and relaxation and for sure not a place for a huge and loud parties. If you want a loud party, hire a place at a bar or a club in Brasov, not a vila at the countryside. Trust me, if we were there during your party, you would have troubles not only with the hosts but with us as well.

Very bad treatment from the proprietary...lack of respect.
In my hole life I wasn'n treated like that in a place where I went to spend some relaxation time.
I do not reccommend....
Shame on them to treat guests as garbage!

Never again

I booked by phone the cottage with 6 rooms for the night of August 20 to 21. First  a friend of mine talked Thursday with the owner to rent , and I was going to confirm or cancel our reservation Friday, the day before our arrival, so the owner should know when to block the booking room. My friend knew that one room was already occupied, but on Saturday, at 14 o'clock, the owner phoned to announce that, by mistake, "forgot" that had a booking made through booking. I knew that there were 6 avaible rooms and tried to invite enough people to occupy the house. Finally we were  five couples, but I said we divide the cost of the 6th rooms. My friend who initially said he had spoken to the owner,  had to go to someone else's house to sleep because we had only 4 avaible rooms.
I finally went over the shock of having only 4 rooms and tried to have fun, because I had come to celebrate my birthday . The owners said that the other tenants are not bother by the party, and they were informed before the owner tells us that we can still go to the cottage.
About 12 o'clock in the evening the lady owner came inside super angry and shout at us to give proof of decency, as there are tourists and they can not rest. I was all perplexed because I had discussion in which she confirm that there will be no problems. We really are not troublemakers, have an average age, we are educated. We even gave the music a little down, to show that we have some respect for the other pleople, but I had a party with which they agreed.
After about an hour, her husband appears with one jaw in heaven and the other in earth and screem at us to give music to a minimum, as they complain that tourists can not sleep and that we are not allowed to do what we want there. We started to argue, because I was put on the road in vain, they ruined my party and all because they  not informed us of existing clients before we rent, otherwise we have gone somewhere where we were alone and not bother nobody.
After some exchanges acid talks , we try to remain calm and polite, although they were starting to push us and jostle us, especially us girls, we were ordered to leave the premises in 10 minutes. Around 2 am, given that almost everyone had few drinks and we drive there by cars.
We decided to pack everything and leave, especially that it was likely to get ugly considering that the owner bullied girls and boys jumped  to protect us.
It did not happened in our life to something like this. I have not met some other owners so greedy for money  Probably they believed that we will pay the accommodation and  go home, which obviously we did not. Either party would not have lasted more than about 2 hours and if the owners were not rude they would have received their money on accommodation. So ... .we decided to collect all our stuff in10 minutes and went home, feeling lucky that nor everyone had drinks
I do not recommend anyone to go there.
