I spent one night in the hotel. The room was clean, the breakfast was good. The service was great. I forgot a jacket in the room and I was able to retrieve it the next time I visited Bacău. The bathroom may need some repair/upgrade.

Good sleep

Rooms are clean, spacious with balcony,great view of the city, very friendly staff n Excellent food sheff gave personal visit to every table.Highly recomended. Every taxi driver knows the hotel. Easy to go around.Reception lady gave us gud info about the city.

Best Hotel in Romania 

Besides the location,  in the center of the city,  I didn t see anything positive about this hotel. The employees are not welcoming people,  don t seem happy to have people there. It s like they are mad that have to be at work. The rooms are not very clean,  it was dust in the bathroom and not only. The breakfast was  poor and the toilet near the reception it looked like a public one. 

Don't recommend at all

Good accomodation, down town, walking distance to the mall, nearby streets worth being visited (nice houses). Restaurant great, people hospitable and nice. Thank you for being understanding abd fir accomodating our needs.

1. They charged us for the breakfast even though we said: no breakfast. 

2. They lied about giving our money back for the breakfast, saying we would get it on the credit card. Which management later denied, they could only give us cash. 

3. The receptionists (a blond woman, with a lot of makeup, beware of her and an easily scared young man ignored our present at the reception on 3 separate occasions, we were politely waiting for them to end a staff discussion, but in the end, it was like we weren't even there.

We stayed in May 2018. We have read others reviews from the past and we were worried.( a little bit)
Now the rooms of the hotel are refurbished. We appreciate much the colors, light yellow of the curtains, of the lamps. Every thing was very clean. The view from the upper floors was very nice: we saw the the nice situetes of the cathedrales! We enjoy to stay here!

Good hote, nice view!

This hotel in the heart of Bacau offers nice rooms. To get the best view, try staying on an upper floor with a view towards the road it is built on. Like that, you also get a view of the park which is close to the hotel.
The lobby/breakfast area is a bit "lost" in the whole hotel and does in my opinion not offer too much comfort. Furthermore the breakfast variety itself is rather on the slim side.
