The warmest, friendliest welcome I've had anywhere. Secure overnight parking for 7 euros. A nice little garden out back. 5 minutes walk to the town centre action, 15 minutes to the waterside. Internet available on arrival, coffee in the room.

Although the décor and fit/fixtures is nothing much to talk about the building is still old and beautiful with 20ft high ceilings and many interesting original features.

For the price I couldn't be happier, glad we didn't spend out more for trinkets that have no worth. We had a lovely night in Porto, it's just a fabulous place to be 

All that glitters is not gold

I was visiting Portugal with my friend who found and reserved this family running hotel for our 3 days in Porto during the weekend of Easter. When we arrived, we were welcomed by a very kind stuff who well balanced being friendly and professional. The room was very clean, perfect decorated with useful items and elegance. The place was quite (our room faced the internal garden) and very comfortable. The breakfast was simple, but well served with good tasting dishes. It was a Portuguese style (no continental one), which matches with my Italian traditional breakfast. The kind stuff was always ready to ensure that nothing was missed to you.
The hotel is in an excellent position: easy to reach from the metro station  to/from airport and city center. It was also at 10-15 minutes walking from the main city quarters giving you the pleasure of a nice walk through different quarters in Porto.
I will come back to this hotel with no doubt and I strongly recommend it!!

A true "home" for your stay in Porto

It's in a good location outside of the tourist bustle of Porto if you enjoy walking. About 2km from bus station and under 1km to train station (Carolina Michaelins). 
We had a balcony room which was probably only about 15sqm but had a lovely big terrace overlooking the neighbourhood. Comfortable location for a few days exploring the city.

Lovely small b&b

Hotel Brasilia is a 2 star hotel near the train station Laps, which is very good connected to the city centre. If you like walking like us, you only have to walk 15/20 minutes to reach the centre. The first attractive street with some shops, I would say, it's Cedoifeita, which is pretty close to the accommodation.

We asked for a quite room and our needs were completely fulfilled: we didn't receive a room inside the main building, but outside, through the intern garden.

The room.was very nice and clean. The only bad thing was the Wi-Fi connection: we were probably too far from the router and didn't get any signal. 

Breakfast was also very good and fulfilled every our need.

Only 4 stars are given because of this Internet lack :-)

Recommendation for the hotel keepers: Please install a router repetitor, to get signals everywhere.

Recommended, friendly, quite central with bad Wi-Fi 

Nice hotel conveniently located not so far from the main tourist path. You can easly explore the center of Porto just walking from the hotel. 

The rooms are not small, breakfast is good. Value for money.
