We spent here 2 nights with my family. Nice welcome, easy check in. In winter time snow chain recommended.

This property has very clean, spacious family room. It was nice to have a room with space to live and two balconys ;-). The ensuite bathroom was clean and nice with a big shower cabin. Fairly good location, shops, pubs around. Breakfast nice good taste and restocked immediately. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they offer many leadlets on multiple languages. One night a larger group was a bit more loud, but the staff sorted them out shortly.
Only few disadvanatages we found:
Ski lifts about 30-45min walking. Downtown 25 min. walking. No sweet breakfast (croissant, sweet rolls, Nutella, marmelades, etc.) available, just blackcurrant jam and chocolate cereal. 

Nice place

Great willa to live in. We stayed wor the weekend in October - so the price was low as the ski season haven't started. The rooms are good: clear and clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfasts were ok but the dinners are something unique and awesome! Thank you very much!

Outstanding

Stayed August 2nd, fantastic spacious clean rooms, 1 & 5.
Owner very friendly and young lady on reception also.
Although we never ate in the restaraunt the bbq in the afternoon was very good.
Breakfast was also very good. 
We left a camera in the room which the staff kindly kept safe until our return..very honest
I live in England and also local to the zakopane area and have stayed in many hotels in the 
area and this rates amongst the best and that's not just the price
