This accommodation has no reception and you need to telephone before arrival. We had a problem getting through on the phone but this was resolved immediately by booking.com. Rooms are on the 2nd floor accessed by a wide wooden staircase (no lift),Parking is at the rear of the property. The rooms are well appointed and spotless.  There is a busy road to the front of the property and a railway line runs close to the rear of the property but this did not disturb us. The location is excellent for visiting the centre of Sopot ,and lots of restaurants within a few minutes walk including the excellent  Cuda Wianki pancake cafe. This accommodation is also a good base if you are arriving by train as the station is nearby also use the train for day trips to Gdansk etc its much easier than driving.

Abbiamo trascorso 2 giorni della nostra vacanza a Sopot qui e siamo rimasti piacevolmente soddisfatti dalla accoglienza della proprietaria, della posizione rispetto alla stazione dei treni ed alla passeggiata, della tranquillità dell'edificio e dalla possibilità di avere sempre thè e caffè in qualunque momento lo desiderassimo, oltre che ad un prezzo assolutamente competitivo.

Me and a friend spent 2 night some days ago and I can say that it's a fantastic place where stay for many reasons. It's just 5 min walking to the train station and Monte Cassino Street too, tea/coffee facilities in the lobby always available, our room was at 2nd floor without lift at the rear of the buildings (it wasn't a problem for us the train's noise) really clean and spacious too, very friendly staff, steady Wi-fi. Small negative points: cusions were flabby,no fan in the bathroom.  Who wants more for such a small price? Higly recommended

Pros: Steady wi-fi, clean & spacious rooms, tea/coffee facility in the lobby available 24/7, great location extremely close to Monte Cassino Street. 
Free car park & secure entry to the building. 
Pleasant owners approaching guests with right attitude. 
If you stay longer, there's no problem with regular sheet / towel change, even though there's no reception on the floor.

Cons: Lack of shelves / hangers in the bathroom. 
No international / satellite channels available. No lift in the building - carrying heavy luggage two floors up is certainly not the most convenient option for older / disabled holidaymakers.

Great accommodation in Sopot

I was very surprised how close to the main promenade it was. Perfect room. Very clean and quiet. Comfortable bed.The only down side maybe noise from the train station but for me it is not a problem. Would recommend.

Perfect location

Stayed at the pension two nights in July. Great locations. I also appreciated parking behind a locked gate. No breakfast, but fridge in rom an plenty of  foodstores nearby. We had breakfast at cafe Sanatorium a short walk away. Some noise from railway, so open window at night was not an option. If you want to stay at a place to meet other people this is maybe not the right place. No reception is a minus.
