My husband and I stayed her for a couple of nights in October. 
The location is fantastic. It is opposite the main train station, approximately 5 minute walk. It is just across the Planty (small park) from the Old Town. We didn't use public transport at all as everything was in walking distance. 

The apartment was great. It is in a block that has offices in which made it very quiet. As someone else said in a review, the tram does go right by but you would really have to be listening for it, no problem at all to us. It was clean, warm and had all things you could possibly need for a short stay including excellent Wi-Fi.
Martin met us with the key. He was friendly and helpful. We had a late flight home and he also told us where we could leave our luggage during the day.
We had a fabulous time and hope to room and we will be trying to book here.

Perfect location for sight seeing.
Clean, everything you need for self catering, staff friendly and helpful.. Caught train from the airport, all easy and straightforward and A lot cheaper than a taxi. Apartment literally across the road from train station.
A five minute walk to the old town square.
Would highly recommend for short stay sight seeing.

Lovely stay

We had one of the new apartments over the brewery. Lovely new super clean apartment, IKEA equipped with good wifi. Curtains thin as tissue paper so if the early dawn, about 0345, wakes you, come prepared. We went out and bought eye masks. There was a minor heat wave on, the air con could not cope and as per other reviews we were blighted by noise as we had windows open and had to manage. Be aware that this block has no lobby, so no reception; calling ahead is critical so make sure you agree a time and place to meet the key holder. Great location, supermarket open late in the same complex. Try Bistro 11 around the corner for great meals.

Bright but blighted.

Good points: Fantastic location near the train and bus station, on a tram line and walking distance into the old city.  Clean. Safe. Nice refrigerator, stove top and TV.  Enough dishes to manage.  Internet speed was excellent.
Needs work: Connecting to travelers who are coming to Kraków and arriving on uncertain schedules after regular office hours. Our bus was 1/2 hour late, past the normal office hours, and the main office phone number was answered in Polish by a machine that directed you to call a different number.  Without adequate language, making the connection required a lot of begging strangers to help us understand why we could not reach an actual human being.  The human who did finally arrive to check us in was marginally pleasant, unhelpful and hurried.  The bed was uncomfortable. No coffee pot.  

Adequate Accommodation, Excellent Location

We received a very rude welcome from the company representative. He was very rude and reprimanded us on having to wait 10 minutes (we had six people with full load of baggage to get across from the station and had called to let them know we would be a few minutes late). This man acted in a very huffy and arrogant manner and complained the whole way to the apartment. We were not happy at all with the service he provided. Otherwise, the apartment is in a great location right near the train, shopping gallery and Old Town. The rooms were small but clean and sufficiently furnished. No fans or air conditioning though so prepare for noise from the open windows in summer.
