Hotel Bristol is superbly situated in the city centre
Very close to the Archbishop's Palace and the town square
Very good breakfast available - scrambled eggs made to order are delicious
Other cold meats /cheeses etc also available
Reception staff were friendly and extremely helpful
Rooms were basic and functional
Shower was hot
Tea and coffee making facilities in the room
Not a luxurious place to stay but very good value for money all told 

Decent place to stay 

The price was amazingly cheap.

The location was brilliant, a stones-throw away from nearly every restaurant, pub and bar in the area.

Some of the friendliest staff I have ever encountered.

The free breakfast was also nice.

Quick couple's trip

Well.. When I stay at Warsaw.. I stay at the Bristol.. back again this time paid a bit more for the 2 room apartment. For a bit more you have a lot more comfortable setting.. the lowest cost rooms are pretty small.. now with a new baby.. this set up is great separate rooms, so when the baby is in lala land you still can enjoy the room. Well worth it.

I chose this hotel because of its location but it does not even deserve 2** Very dirty hotel, very poorly maintained and without elevator, the worst hotel I have ever stay! I booked a room with 1 double bed for a long stay 3 months before. The first room was very small with two beds; it looked like a dormitory in a cheap hostel. In the 2nd room, I found old leftover food in the wardrobe! In the 3rd one, there was no light in the entrance, bedside lamps without bulbs, furniture dirty and sticky with many traces of drinks. The very small bathroom with very dilapidated equipment: the shower cabin full with slots and seals, the damaged sink, the mirror barely hooked to the wall with a small shelf badly fixed that anything could hardly be put there. 
In addition, I found a vermin moving in the bathroom!! 
I had a sleepless night, I could not take a shower nor sleep in this disgusting place, and I had to pay the full price as if nothing had happened!! Even breakfast was very limited, with a soluble coffee (coffee machine out of service!) It's a hotel to avoid, Very bad experience.

This hotel location is great, but city it self is boring. They have parking so no problem. Interior needs to be updated. Price is good, but it is in this level just for location. For 1 night it is ok. A little noisy. Breakfast was good.

This hotel was very, very expensive when I stayed here, as I was attending a big conference locally and all the other hotels were fully booked.  I learned my lesson, and will book early elsewhere next time.  The Bristol is like a hostel not a hotel, there are no lifts, no porters, no air conditioning and it looks very shabby.  My room had an empty bottle of vodka on top of the wardrobe when I walked in, the carpets were threadbare, the curtains had come off the curtain pole in parts and the shower was tiny.  The wc lid did not fit properly and there was no plug for the basin.  On my first morning, there was no water in the shower, apparently this happens 'if everyone is using the water at the same time'.  The towels are scraps of cloth, the beds are narrow and there was no milk for tea or coffee.  The staff barely spoke English and were not at all helpful.  I felt well and truly ripped off and will never use the Bristol again.

Awful hotel, never again

This hotel has an old fashioned feel to it. The doors to each room evoke a turn of the 20th century feel; large double doors and a reel key. So different from modern hotels. There is no lift, and no aircon either, but that’s part of its charm. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, and are adequately provisioned with hot drinks. The location is great for a lot of bars and restaurants, but my room was quiet, facing onto a central square. I’ve had a good stay and recommend it.
