I had a highly disappointing experience at this hotel. The walk-in rate was significantly higher than online booking prices. The room had an unpleasant odor, reminiscent of a dead rat, and the TV was inoperative. Additionally, there was no hot water for showers, no WiFi, and the air conditioning was obstructed by curtains. The provided blanket was insufficiently small. The windows were broken, allowing loud vehicle noise from the outside to be constantly heard. Water was only available at the front desk, inconvenient for guests on higher floors.

The hotel staff's behavior was unacceptable. They rudely interrupted our sleep at 2am to bill us for an extension, despite being informed we would settle the balance at check-out. This, combined with the poor room conditions, made for an extremely unsatisfactory stay.

Worst hotel to stay near the airport

Although the roomis clean but this place is so terrible.
TV is not working.
There is NO wifi inside the room.
Shower is not working.
Front desk is grumpy with unpleasant smell the moment you come in.
Nope! Never coming back in this place again

Stayed here as an overnight stopover between flights. My room was a shoebox with no air con meaning I didn’t sleep because of how hot I was. The bathroom was fine (toilet seat missing and shower only had 1 setting) and there was good WiFi. Wouldn’t recommend due to how uncomfortably hot it is 

Very very basic 

Stay only if you need to catch an early flight from T3 (approx. 15 minute walk from there) and want to avoid Manila traffic. Rooms are decent with working (noisy) AC. WiFi only works in the corridor, not in the room. No breakfast, but there are a street bakery and a 7 Eleven just next. In the street nearby there are numerous street food vendors.

If you need a cheap place close to airport T3

The room was clean and basic, but seemed to be missing key things such as a blanket, toilet seat, toilet paper. We requested toilet paper and WiFi from the staff and they supplied. Bed was comfy but pillows were very lumpy. Shower above toilet. Air con works but no way to turn it down so the room is freezing, or very hot with air con off. 
Would be fine for someone who got in late and tired as very close to the airport.

Clean, basic, OK for stopover

Only thing good about this place is the fact that it was so close to the airport. Rooms are tiny, bathrooms are even smaller. The bedding seemed dirty the channels on the tiny TV was poor. We left as soon as we could.

I would have given this hotel 3/5 if it was located anywhere else; The rooms are basic, small and you will only have a cold shower... But due to it's convenient location, I give it 4/5 when you consider the rate/night. I usually don't stay in places with only cold shower, but this place is so convenient located close to Terminal 3, that I'm willing to stay in a room with just cold water.. I will stay here again next time I land at NAIA 3, but only for an overnight stay, so I will have a hot shower when I arrive my next hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is no problem finding places that sell food - nearly at all hours... You'll find a mall/supermarket within walking distance and also a McDonalds on the way there. Otherwise many small businesses like food-stands, barber, money-exchange (better rate at the airport) etc. There is also a few steps from tricycles - if you need to go somewhere at odd time... Otherwise the jeepney pass through this hotel, so you can use those also (if you don't have to much luggage). Some people might think that the A/C can be cold and/or noisy, but it's no problem if you are tired! I slept well - even if I have slept on better mattresses before; this is mainly a place to rest up before you continue/end your journey in Philippines, and look for a place close to NAIA 3. Recommended!
