Check-In and Checkout Times:

• Standard Check-In Time: 2:00 P.M.
• Standard Checkout Time: 11:00 A.M.

Child Policies:
• Children of all ages are welcome.

• We strictly enforce a maximum occupancy of 4 persons (adults and children combined) per unit, per booking. The declared occupancy in your booking voucher will be adhered to.

Incidental Deposit:
• An incidental deposit of Php 3,000 is collected upon check-in.
• This deposit is fully refundable during checkout if not utilized and is subject to an accommodation damage inspection.
• Smoking is prohibited in the entire building, with a penalty of Php 3,000 for violations.
• Pets are not allowed, and violation incurs a penalty of Php 5,000.
• Paid parking is available nearby and on the premises; however, availability is not guaranteed and is at your own risk.

Swimming Pool:
• Pool usage comes with additional charges:
• Regular days: Php 150 per person per day.
• Holidays: Php 300 per person per day.
