We couldn't find a better price for a place this close to the ocean. Very affordable and only a two minute walk to the sea. Clean room but there was a slight issue with noise outside from a bar or restaurant playing music as well as construction. For the price and great location, we enjoyed our stay.

Good for the price

This is a very basic hotel. The room is very simple - there was a safe which was fine. There was only one toilet roll provided and also no towels, the a/c is quite loud, there are no toiletries provided in the room like shower gels etc, and no mini Bar. There was seating outside the room which was nice and the garden area is kept nice too. But it is very very loud, the location is great as it’s a few minutes walk down to the beach and you are close to many restaurants and bars but it’s very loud ! So hard to get much sleep! I didn’t really spend much time in the hotel at all as I was out on day trips which is good. But Alona beach is great so be sure to spend some time there! The vibe is so different at
daytime compared to evening but it’s a really nice beach with gorgeous clear water! I had breakfast at one of the restaurants on the beach one morning as it was a really lovely calm atmosphere. The hotels location is what makes it fab! 

Good location 

We stayed there for three nights.The rooms are simple but clean.The premises are nice: there are lots of plants and nice seating in the courtyard.The beach is about five minutes away, restaurants and cafes are enough, you don't have to be at the beach.At night it's quite noisy because you hear the bars and music of the restaurants, but it will be everywhere near the beach.There is no pool and restaurant.You can recommend the Paragayo Resort if you're not particularly demanding.

Good accommodation at a reasonable price

We were here to dive and we found a cheap hotel near the dive base... the hotel is very well located in the center of Alona Beach 3 to 5 minutes walk to the beach many restaurants and bars nearby... the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are simply furnished and should be renovated! but they are clean and it's all there is to it. The facility is nice and well maintained... the seating facilities in front of the rooms are very nice. If you have a problem with noise, you should rather book another hotel. If you go out at night for the price, it's okay! Everything is fine in terms of performance, and if you don't need much except a bed to sleep, it's good here!

Overall, the only thing this place has going for it is the location. It's in Alona, easy walk to the beach, and across from McDonald's. Lots of restaurants and shops close by.That's about it for the good. Towels didn't feel really clean. The bathroom felt like it never gets dry so everything stays moist. There's rust on the bars and you'll probably need to wear flip flops while showering. The bed sheets are ok but weren't changed until I asked (we stayed 5 nights). It's also very loud (next to a bar) but that comes with the territory.It has a good outside area to eat/drink but it doesn't seem maintained so you have to wipe down the seats yourself. Overall, it needs some work. It had potential given its location but for the price we paid, I'd probably skip it next time.

Great location, friendly staff. Was very loud at night in area so was hard to sleep.

My husband and I had a long drive from Tagbilaran to Panglao. The front desk woman in Paragayo resort was so welcoming that I smiled despite the tiresome trip. That's a big deal for me.

The room was clean, and we never had a problem with their WiFi. I loved the fact that there are a lot of food establishments nearby. I loved the location because it probably just took us 2-3 minutes to walk from the place to the beach.
