For the price you pay, the hotel is good value. The bed in my room were not that clean enough and its kinda hard. Also, and faucets in the bathroom for the wash basin and shower were old and needed to be replaced. There is a restaurant on the 3rd floor, which is air-conditioned, reasonably priced for meals, and looks really nice. I had my lunch there. The hotel is centrally located in the downtown area.

good value

The Hotel is a bit old, and it badly needs renovation. The Staffs are friendly. The Food? there is a Starbucks nearby for breakfast.

One plus of the Hotel is its Located right in the heart of Cebu's Downtown.

if you only need a room for your stuff

Back in the old days, this was a nice place to stay for a couple days in Cebu, families and bachelor alike, as it was not expensive and cozy place. But now, we stayed there last November 2017, since the other nearby hotel was fully booked, this place were getting old and ugly. it lacks improvement and new things like in the reception, room and bathroom, which is the worse. I still see the same sofa in the reception area when I was still a young kid, oh... the lightning and painting in the hallway are getting creepy. the management lacks vision. pity

Deteriorating Hotel

They have a function room that fits around 300-500 person but the place was so hot do they not have aircon. The chairs was also not enough. The staffs are not friendly and does not even care of people are jud standing.

Graduation

Apart from the friendly staff and the central location, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They claim that children under 12 are free, but won't even give you a towel for them to shower with. I asked house keeping and also reception and they refused to let me have another towel as the child is "free" so they don't get one. Also charged me for a new quilt cover because of a small lipstick smudge on it. Overall an unpleasant experience and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Appalling 

It's an old boutique hotel, the first floor was really amazingly fine newly renovated but on the third floor was somewhat creepy or may because there not much people stays on the third floor rooms. I found it unpleasant also you could see used hotel blankets, towels, bottles in the common area and not really clean. There is a free wifi that made my day anyways. The cafe was fine they offer a buffet breakfast.
