We booked to this hotel for the main reason of my kids to swim. We paid reservation fee almost 2 weeks before our check in date. When we checked in, we were surprised that there are so many people using the pool. I was wondering why they seems to be surprised in seeing us using the pool. The next day, we were surprised once again 's because as early as 7am, there's another big group coming. At around 9:30am, one of the person from that big group approached me to tell me that they reserved the venue and was advised by the hotel that they will be use the pool privately. I was so shocked. I felt like a cold water was thrown to me. I was so humiliated. I then realized that is the reason why the group of people during our first day well as those people during our 2nd day were staring at us. I then proceeded to the front office to be enlighten and was so surprised with the answer of the operations manager, that according to her, if there's a reservation, we cannot use the pool. It doesn't matter if we are currently checked in from the hotel. I was so surprised. They felt sorry for not advising us and gave us free voucher. But the point is we were so humiliated. We felt like gatecrasher. And what they can only do is to ask for apology and gave us voucher. Another point is if we cannot use the pool, what can we do with their hotel. They don't even have cable for my kids to enjoy. We checked in from several known hotels such as Taal Vista but we didn't experienced such. This is the first hotel we encountered that though you are checked in, you might not be able to use the swimming pool if there's reservation. Worst thing, they won't advise you.

We were humiliated! Terrible and very disappointing hotel!

Silang isn't a tourist spot yet but it probably is slowly getting there. The town though is a short drive to Tagaytay and all the nice hotels + B&Bs are there so I was surprised when I discovered Phil Oasis Hotel & Resort. 

I stayed here in for a weekend because I had work to do in Silang and needed to be up super early. The staff are friendly and they're very helpful although I don't think there are plenty of them.

Food
Our room came with free breakfast ( Plated; Breaded Pork Chop + Brewed Coffee ) for two. What I liked though was that we had a nice view of the pool while having brekky.

Overall, my stay was not bad. I slept well and there's a chance that I may have to be back, if needed for work.

KEEP YOUR EXPECTATIONS LOW

We stay with the family (4 rooms) and were alle very disappointed. I cannot give any positive comments on this hotel. It is not at all a 3-star hotel, only one or maybe 2-star. The location was not good long way from everything and not nice, It looked like a ghost hotel, and we couln't see any guests. The place might very well be clean but it looked dirty. The rooms were in a very poor condition, and the pool had not been cleaned for very log time. The breakfast was horrible, and only our local family did eat it to be polite. Worst experience ever. When we leaved the hotel and wanted to use VISA-card for payment, we were presented for an extra fee of 12% - only coursed by the VISA payment. We paid by cash instead of course.

Disappointing hotel

Me and my wife stay here for my Birthday celebration.
The room is big for a couple. Its very spacious. Even their CR has a large space.
We have a quiet and calm stay. Service is good. Look for Crystal (the nice receptionist). I salute that girl for her quality service. 
The location is far from the main road or Hi-way. Please look for Signage always on the right side if your coming from Manila. If you ride a bus from Manila, Look for Silang,Tagaytay bound then tell the bus conductor to drop you at Glo Anns Restaurant or Barangay Biluso Silang,Cavite(right side from Manila).Left side if coming from Tagaytay.
It has free Wifi connections in room but room near the stairs has strong internet connections.

Quiet Stay

Stayed here for several days during our convention and they gave us a pretty good price. The hotel is Korean owned and nestled in Biluso, Silang Cavite. The hotel is a bit musty with some odd smell and the carpet doesn't seem clean. Aircon is ok and they have fan in case it gets hot in the afternoon. As for the TV, they don't have any cable channel, only local (a few channels only) and 2 Korean channels (which is useless to those who can't understand Korean).
