What was good

nothing I liked in this hotel really, I regret booking in this hotel, my family and I suffered and did not feel comfortable at all, this hotel has only one elevator we suffered waiting going up or down

What was bad

unfortunately my experience in this hotel was the worst experience of all time, the location of this hotel is ugly in a dirty area, the front desk employees are arrogant and have unwelcoming faces, regarding our room we found it old and dirty, with unfunctional refrigerator completely junk refrigerator not working at all, about the food in their restaurant very unprofessional foods that they serve, we tried almost all of them but non was delicious of course not to mention the high prices of their foods, I feel that I was scammed by this hotel, I really don’t advise anyone to book in this ugly hotel especially the families, the house keeping staff enter our room even there is NO DISTURB SIGN ON THE DOOR, they surprised my wife while she was almost undressed, the boys are the worst, shame on them, it was a ten agonizing night happy it is over
