44 reviewsWe arrived at 22:00 hrs at the aiport in Tarapoto, the minivan was waiting for us, the driver was very friendly and gave us a quick tour of the city. The staff at Cielo´s hotel greeted us at the door and helped with our suitcases, the rooms had 3 individual beds, clean, nice bathroom. The pool was a welcome service as the weather was very hot (February) , breakfast in the morning (0700-1000 am) included local fruits, fresh juices, coffee, tea, hot baked bread and a choice of omelette, rice, or eggs. The staff were friendly and responded to any queries promptly and efficiently. The hotel is located at 2 blocks from the plaza, banks, craft market and restaurants. They also have a connection with a tour agency who provided the best and affordable tours including lunch. Miguel was our tour guide, he was full of fun and picked us on time from the hotel. Overall we were very impressed with the hotel services and plan to comeback again.
