We stayed in Rioja Plaza for one night only to go to the long trip in St. Elena's natural reserve at 6 am in the morning. The recepionist was very kind and helpful. The room on the 2nd floor in Peru (one floor above ground) was very clean, with windows to an interior little yard. Big room and big bathroom with a very spacious shower. Everything seemed quite new. WIFI very good quality. We highly recommend this place. Price is very ok. Thank you, Rioja Plaza for the nice stay.
