16 reviewsI needed a budget place to stay for 1 night that was close to the airport and this place was great. The owners speak very good English and prearranged transport to pick me up and take me back in the morning at a reasonable rate. The journey is only 20 minutes, half the time than from Miraflores. Staying right next to the airport in Calleo I don't think would have been safe but this area looked ok to go out and grab something to eat. It probably wouldn't be worth it to stay here if you were looking to stay for a few days. It would be easy to get a taxi to down town Lima or Miraflores for a days sight seeing though. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, the ensuite was good with a hot shower. The breakfast in the morning was nice and the owner got up earlier than usual to make it since I was leaving before the usual check out time which I appreciated. She was very friendly and happy to help with any questions. Overall it's good value accommodation and as a solo female traveler arriving late I felt safe here so I would recommend it.
