I stayed there several times for different short business trips. It was very clean, comfortable rooms, good breakfast buffet already included in the price, modern style facilities and well located in the city.
I also have used the meeting rooms, with similar experience. They build a swimming pool on the deck apparently, but I haven't tried it yet.

Modern-Style Hotel, nice experience

The accommodations were adequate. I encountered many problems there. Locked out of my room 3 times. No water twice. Room not cleaned once. Locked out of my bathroom once. Most staff were rude and not helpful. Even their supervisor blamed me for a few of the problems. I would not stay there again, nor would I recommend anyone else to stay there.

Nice Place-Poorly Trained Staff

This is a brand-new three star hotel in downtown Encarnacion.  On the good side: very clean, location right on main avenue, free parking, decent breakfast, very helpful staff, good price.  Some of the rooms have no outside windows.  I was assigned one, but another room was quickly made available for me (I'm a bit claustrophobic)  for a minimal surcharge.

Good three-star hotel

We stayed here for two nights during a business trip. It is pretty new. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They have a decent breakfast which is included. It is within walking distance to a shopping center. We walked a block to get ice cream one evening. The area seems safe. Just be aware that if you use any of the amenities on the bathroom counter you will be charged for them. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did not spend much time in the Hotel, only to sleep so we did not need a high end place to stay. There is a little play area on the roof and a couple of exercice machines.

New Hotel that is clean and comfortable

The Hotel is located on the mainroad to the border bridge to Argentina. They have a 24 hours reception and a good an save parkingarea. The rooms are not realy spacious but with all you need for a good rest.  The employees were realy kind and friendly.
