Bessheim Fjellstue og Hytter

This is real gem from reervation to check out. We made our own reservation and after we ask for some precisions by e-mail : everytime we got a quick and complete respons. Check in as quite verywhere in Norway is so simple : 1-2 mn. Our room in the main building was perfect : space for the clothes, nice bathroom, and enough space in the room to have our staff...It is quiet(after 10 pm noone on the road) The meals here are of a rare quality : buffet breakfast with fish, meat, cereals, eggs and vegetables/potatoes,... If you have the complkete bpoard you majeke your own lunchbox and they give you paper to envelopp and bags to put in...The evening before you can depose your thermo in several baskets and you got it full of what you requested...(coffe, tea...). Diner are of great quality : fish (trout, salmon , artic char...) of sevreal preparations, meat and pate(rein, moose, lamb, pork...) biut also a preparation hot(vegetables, potatoes, ragout or roasted, cut by ther chief). Nice choice of cheeses, very various and good desserts...The difficult is to choose. You are wellcomed here and they do all to amker your sejour fine and unforgettable. One of the best adress we found during all our voyages...
