What was bad

First room smelled of sewage so we were moved to another room. A charger was left in the original room, a female member of staff was rude, unhelpful and blatantly lied in avoiding helping recover the charger. The price was beyond ridiculous for the room. $300+ for a basic and small queen room is no value.
