This is a bit of a delayed review - my husband and I stayed here in Feb 2017 for 3nights and loved it. the place is very cozy but spacious and being set back from the busy streets makes it very relaxing with an outlook of the mountains. only a 5 minute walk down to all the dining hotspots of queenstown, yes its a walk back up the hill but if you take it slow most people should be fine. Would be more than happy to stay here again . also the owners are very friendly and helpful, facilities to do a load of washing are great and parking on the street is easy.

Loved this place

Was there for 3 nights while visiting our son who lives in auckland. On hols from scotland. Lovely place. Bed soooo comfy. Within easy walking distance of everything. Amazing place to visit. Would highly recommend.

Outstanding

We loved this accommodation. Lucky to have 2 nights in stone house and 2 nights in accommodation right next door. 
Most comfortable cosy beds ever!!
Warm and toasty house, everything you could want to cook a meal. Close to town, easy walk. Definitely recommend, and will be back ourselves no doubt. Spa was great as well in the rain.

Lovely historic stone house

We stayed here twice: first in the Weird apartment and then in one on street level with 2 bedrooms. Both were very good, no doubt but the Weird apartment has my preference. It is very beautifully designed, light, good view, private. The venue has a hot tub, which is nice after a long hike. These are fully equipped apartments.

very nice place to stay just on top of the busy downtown

Great advertising and reviews from visitors under old owners made this place sound amazing.
Accommodation is squeezed even for Queenstown.
Big issue is neighbors there is a thin glass door between this apartment and house attached to it. If you like listening to your neighbor and there kids every word you will love it. Otherwise this is very annoying. The Spa key for Apres Ski no booking system and kids of neighbors were either in it or left kid off so it was inaccessible or freezing. Only reason to go is if it’s cheap otherwise look elsewhere.
