107 reviewsWe stayed here for 2 nights and found the close proximity to the train and the buses amazing for the commute to Auckland as sightseers. It was also just a 15 minute drive to the airport. The shops and many eateries were just a pleasant stroll away. There were no “gangster” types hanging around (like other guest mentioned) when we were there and we stayed on a Friday and Saturday night. The apartment is secure so you need your pass to access lifts etc. Apartment was clean, spacious and ceilings were high. The only drawback was no ducted aircon. There were fans in the bedrooms but the bedrooms did get a little stuffy, however coming from Australia with no ducted aircon and only ceiling fans in the bedrooms the heat didn’t bother me. Kitchen was new and had a dishwasher. 2 bathrooms and 4 spacious bedrooms for under $300 a night! Parking was $10 a night and really small spaces however the staff were really helpful and let me swap my park to a larger one as my hire car was a big one. The staff, especially the boys on reception we’re exemplary in what great customer service is, nothing was too much trouble for them. Really, I don’t understand why the rating is so low for this apartment block.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of NZD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with a credit card. You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation.
