Comfortable, warm and for a one night stay all I needed. 
Park right outside the door.
Well equipped wee area with microwave, crockery and cutlery.
Friendly welcome at reception. 
Shower nozzle was a little worn but water pressure was great.

Everything was provided settee, clean linen, heatpump so warm and cosy, two double beds one in separate bedroom.  Pleasant and obliging host.  Car just outside door, good ventilation with louvres down side of door.  Good shower power.  Would recommend and  be happy to stay here again.

This motel continues to advertise under the previous ownership. It is substandard and dirty. It does not have all the amenities and provisions shown or listed on the website or in the in-house manual. Certainly NOT worth the price I paid.

Very poor conditions

The place was not very clean, peeling paint work filling the shower, very dirty toilet. Stained and dirty furniture. Many of the advertised features, including in the room guide, were not available - no Sky or local radio/tv. No coffee maker, not coffee filter pot, poor quality beverages, no iron.  Dead plants and little courtyard full of weeds.
The website still has the previous owner's details. I visited four years ago and then it was a really lovely experience. No this time.

Small room, clean and tidy, shower great however bathroom very small. The street lights shine in this place needs blackout curtains, if they had blackout curtains we would have had a great nights sleep. The car park is very small around room 9 - 10.

Only have continental breakfasts which was a shame, there really should e priced at around $80 - $90 a night.

Bella Tuscany Motel. We were received by the owner Ben, although we arrived well before check in time he showed us to the rooms . Parking is just in front of the room. This motel is on a busy road, but has effective double glazing. My room was facing the road , I was not disturbed by the traffic. We had a two double room suite.
Simply furnished, the king bed in the sitting room/kitchen. The kitchen was compact, well thought out and fully equipped.Dining table with four chairs and a settee  with small side tables. The bathroom was a  good size , wonderful water pressure. The towels good quality and size and plenty goodies in soap, shampoo etc The second bedroom had twin beds and a door opening on  a small terrace with table and chairs. 
The Motel is a ten minute drive from the centre of town.
The rooms and bathroom very perfectly clean. Ben was helpful in suggesting places to go and how to get there. We stayed two nights and the lady cleaner popped in after the first night to remove rubbish and see if we needed anything.
I recommend this Bella Tuscany as a simple but nice, friendly place to stay for a few nights.

Bella Tuscany In Napier NZ

Motel, so place for car. Large room with lovely comfortable bed. Nice touch in bathroom with towel art. 
We were in room 11.
Large unusual shower, it is flush with floor and has curtains to pull around. Lovely hot shower,with great ecostick products.
Well stocked coffee bar with a Nespresso machine, bliss 😁.
 You do need to drive into town, but plenty of parking.
The owners are very helpful and friendly. 
Would recommend staying here if you are in Napier New Zealand. 


Nice, comfy.

Lovely friendly host, lovely clean units, great comfy bed, great shower and good cooking facilities. If we are up this way again we will definitely stay here. Not far from the town. Totally recommend. 

Excellent place to stay

Quick stopover on our way south, room was clean with ample tea and coffee. Wifi was unable to login, host tried to help without success. Got our washing done and dried outside which was a bonus. Friendly staff, would recommend.

Only stayed 1 night on our way back home. Room was clean, warm and comfortable. Room was much larger than required (had another bedroom with 2 beds.) Bathroom was large and there was a private patio out the back. Small kitchen was plenty big enough for making breakfast and hot drinks. Bed was comfortable. Even though we had room 5 (at the front roadside) we did not find it noisy. Still got my usual 7 hours sleep. Hosts very welcoming also.
