Smallish site, well maintained with flowers, arbours etc. laundry( cheapest we used ) with dryers and washing lines that had pegs ( only site we used that had pegs available!) Excellent shower/loo blocks ,spotlessly clean. Great kitchen facilities with boxes of food/ cleaning items that were left by other campers to take. Probably as after staying there people were returning vans. So a great first stay of your trip! Kids play area.  Bus stop outside to get into town. Use of free dvds if wanted. Friendly staff.  On a busy road,but we didn’t really hear or see it .

Lovely site

Very helpful hosts to get us started on our campervan trip. Hot water dispenser made it easy for quick top up before we set off. No timer for the hot water shower too. Kitchen is small but sufficient for simple cooking and washing.

Good location

This is a great location to stay at if you're visiting anything central to Christchurch. Easy to find, good rates & friendly staff/hosts. Clean & tidy units, (we had an en suite unit). Everything you'd expect from a holiday park. Would definitely stay here again. A++++

Very little traffic noise.   Very handy having jug and toaster in room for a quick snack.

show and cup week

We book a disabled room for my partner. I was told I'd get a photo of the room with the ramp. This never happened. I was about to book another room for myself, when the owner Braden, decided to refund our deposit on the first room, with some
strange explanation.  And we were left high and dry.
We figured they had sold the place at a higher rate for higher profit.
Already we didn't think it was right to charge an extra 2% for using a credit
card, when we were not even warned of this. 

We didn't feel treated right or valued... and I think this company is only looking
at profit rather than caring to give a good experience to the people who book
nowadays... sadly.

If there was any mistake or misunderstanding the owner Braden, should have discussed it, instead of hiding each time I called and I got that he was not available.

Overall very disappointed by the attitude.

Left high and dry by this motel...

Have been coming here since we drove in and found a tent space in 2004. We come back twice every year. We use it as a base while  we visit family, the facilities are brilliant and great for children. The kitchen is well appointed as is the bbq area

Best place to stay

We began our holiday here and were very impressed. Great location, clean amenities and very friendly staff. The grounds are neat and tidy. We came back and stayed on our final night again. Even though the park was busy it was also reasonably quiet.

Touring holiday

Great place to stay, very central for shopping. Spotlessly clean and the staff very friendly and well informed.
A little road noise but not too annoying. 
Dump station immaculately clean including handwash.

Very central

I always stay at this facility when in Christchurch - have been going for the last 4 years for business. The rooms are spotless, the team is friendly, helpful and always go the extra mile. It is within reach of everything in the city yet quiet enough for a comfy stay. Cannot recommend them enough and even though they may be a bit pricier than others I will always return.

Excellent as usual - absolute gem in Christchurch

We have styed here multiple times in teh last twenty five years, and always the same standard for everything, which is why we continue to stay here. Very handy for us to visit family and hospital visits.
