Súper,everythings was fine,clean room ,excelent restaurant .i enjoy it.irecommend everybody this place.Franeker is a very beautiful town,however in the cold winter no mucht to do.the cty is close to north sea

Our first time ever at an b&b
Room and bathroom were spotless.
Friendly owners, free parking space in the street.
We booked an package deal including 1 day by boat to Terschelling with rental peddle bikes.
Breakfast wasn't possible in the restaurant because of covid, so we got it in our room.
It was to much, so second night we asked for less.
Harlingen itself is really nice with an old history and plenty restaurants.


Pleasant stay

We stayed for two days in this B&B. Very nice room (with seperate sitting area) and private badroom facilities. The breakfast was extra ordinary, have never had this before in a B&B. All kind of additional wishes, ofcourse within reasonability, were supported by Jouke (the host). We will retunr to Friesland and for sure we will look if Jouke has an opppurtunity to let us stay. 

Excellent stay, very nice host

The host provided a very warm welcome and the room was clean, spacious and was equipped with comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent. The location of this property is in a quiet part of the town, but within reasonable distance of the centre of Harlingen.

Excellent stay

It was very nice, the room was comfortable with coffe and tea, the Brealkast was very good with much to eat out of the regio as speciality. The Ownwr was very attend to everyone. He helps us with arrangements for the ferryboat. And when there was no cap available he drive. us.

The B&B Oosterpark Harlingen was very beautiful, comforting, with a new climat-machine.

It was such a pleasant surprise - the room was lovely - bathroom fabulous - the host was super nice - we had a car so no issues but a 5 min drive to the restaurants - breakfast was great- overall a very good choice on our trip! 

Great place to spend a night!

Jouke was such a friendly, humourous host who explained everything to us, especially the Dutch breakfast which was lovingly prepared and large. He even offered breakfast bags to us! The room was clean and tidy and the bath brand new.

Nice room, very nice hosts

Host was very kind with lots of thoughtful touches. The room was sparkling clean and very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location is in a quiet suburb not far from the main part of town. Excellent for a 1 or 2 nights in Harlingen. Would recommend. 

Excellent

We traveled from Canada with another couple and can't say enough about this accommodation and host.  The location is on a quiet residential street but close to all amenities.  The grounds are stunning and the bed/bath are not only immaculate but very comfortable and a good size.  The room is quite spacious and has a sitting area which is a bonus.  The breakfast was outstanding with lots of variety for all types of diets.  I can't say enough about the host; he was very gracious and accommodating with all requests. I would highly recommend this property.

Highly Recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this B&B. The host was very friendly, even had a restaurant recommendation ready before we asked. Breakfast was great and the room was comfortable. The host also had lots of information about the local sites.
