Hotel have beautiful campus, Have apple space for vehicle parking . From balcony you can see nature hill view . Service of hotel is good. If you demand  They provides heater in room . Food quality is very very tasty. Cost of food is average. Staff is cooperative  & nice .

Good for Families

Situated at best Location and the View.
Me and my family just enjoyed staying there..lovely rooms with amazing view from room itself. 
Rooms were also quite good respective of size, cleanliness and bathroom.
Only need to little improve for food service time. It takes little longer time for delivery of order which needs to be improve ...
Rest all good.


Awesome Hotel with amazing View... Loved it 

All  room aminties  are available    you can explore  at piece environment  staff is so friendly. And you can also explore traditional  village  culture   near by  stupa resort    if you would like to hike for 3hour  from resort you can also explore  

Biodiversity nature  resort

This resort  located near mountain  greenery surrounding,room was clean,spacious and well decorated with Mountain View . Hotel situated 17 km from Kathmandu valley ,need to take private car from ktm to reach there a road passing though deep jungle .BBQ and fire work was excellent we really enjoyed the grilled Chicken with sip of red wine ,staff was so corporate and helpful.breakfast was not good as per value of money quality of food was quite ok .

Comfortable stay with Mountain View 

There are 2 standards in this hotel. The bottom floor for Nepalese and 2nd floor for Tourist. I experienced both hospitality and there is a huge difference.

2nd floor is great with hot tub. No problemo.

1st floor not so great. Dirty and same staff turns out to be not so friendly. 

Dear Manager please promote internal tourism as well.

Good Location... Affordable Price

We changed hotel because we viewed the rooms in the Stupa resort and were amazed by the views and the rooms themselves. Unfortunately that's all we got from the place. The service was either very poor or nonexistent. We wanted to have dinner at the restaurant but there was no one to be found. The tv and heating also didnt work. We went loking for help but there were only 2 employees working. We ended paying 10% charge for service which was absolutely raging and inappropriate. The manager was away and when we called to say we were not happy, he started shouting at us down the phone. 

Very poor service

I came here along with my family and friends. We are around 6 people. The stay was quite good and we enjoyed so much. The weather was so cool and full of fog. This hotel is good but the only issue we faced was to reach the rooms there are stairs. Rooms are good and well planned. Washrooms are neat and clean.

Beautiful view 

We needed a much needed R&R! Stupa had a well lit room with lots of sunshine and a great view of the Himalayas with our own balcony.They also provide breakfast with the room rate.  Some Hot water issues needed resolving from the front desk. Water never got hot enough for me. My husband was able to get through his shower a lot easier but doesn't get as cold as I do.  The room doesn't have a heater so ask for an extra blanket if you like to be warmer. We stayed in mid December. The restaurant food was good and the service was personable and helpful. There is a nearby day walk and other restaurants and shopping nearby. The Manager was accomodating and even gave my husband a ride on his motorcycle to the nearby town to use the ATM. They also called us a taxi when we left for Kathmandu. Was worth the price they charged to stay here. But don't expect fancy. It's an older decorated room with all you need for a simple stay. We weren't in our room except for the evenings. Having a TV and wifi in the evenings was helpful too.

Last minute accomodations helped a lot!

We found the resort to have a good location with great views from the balconies. Occupancy was almost zero when we checked in, so it can get a bit lonely in the night. The lack of power makes it worse. The resort doesn't have continuous generator back-up, so it was a problem to even charge our phones. None of the common space, walkway staircase lights were switched on at night, so it got kinda eerie! We switched on the lights ourselves after hunting for the switches. The food took very long to be served. As we were two couples, we requested for a room switch so that both our rooms would be next to each other but the staff flatly refused saying that they got a booking. But there wasn't a soul in the room where we wanted to shift! The management should take care to employ trained people otherwise they will soon lose out to competition.
