Hotel Puskar

Great staff and very friendly manager. Stayed here during an earthquake and there's no visible damage. Hung out with the employees most nights making music and talking. When I return I'm definitly staying here again.

The rooms they have vary in quality. Hot showers always work and WiFi on every floor. Epic rooftop with complemantary water refills included. ;)

its palace is very cool &awesome very peaceful and nature temples &very nice culture good city peoples are very hard work &better service providing & help for all members peoples are guide for me ,me visit the Bramha temple ghat sarovar river canal ajmer city &anything

Great place on a budget.

I stayed in a room for 500 rps. Per night... it was pretty cheap. Room is okay nothing fancy, beds are very hard however. I had a room with hot shower, the one right near the public hot shower. I changed rooms for a more comfortable bed... and when I got my new room no hot water. Not too big of a deal if you're fine with quick showers. To wash my hair and everything I just used the hot water shower. 
I did see some cockroaches near the end of my stay, not so fun! 
Other than that I felt safe in this hotel, restaurant is conveniant but pricey and the food not so great. I had a Veggie korma at this restaurant that very much upset my stomach. Also the muesli and fruit curd made me ill and i stopped eating there. 
But for the hotel, reasonable price for what you get!

Cheap

Is a good location to stay right on the central of Kathmandu strip. Very cheap and basic, they also serving meals. They have free wifi and hot water in your room or share shower, again it's Kathmandu you will get electricity cut off certain time all over Kathmandu, so I don't complain about it. Friendly staff can be too friendly for female traveling solo, so keep your sense aware.

Very cheap accommodation with basic facilities.

The cost of rooms have sky rocketed. 

The owner is very unfriendly. 

Some rooms share a wall with a club that is open until 5.00am. This was not discloaed when room was booked. 

The mattress was harder than the floor.
