A clean, spacious budget room with kind and helpful staff and a simple free breakfast of toast, eggs and fruit. We arrived at 6am and were shown to our room straight away. Location is good - a 5-10 minute walk from the centre of town. I recommend this guest house but I would not recommend the boat tour of Inle Lake which you can book there. You spend 1hr on the lake and about 5 hrs being taken to various silver, cigar etc “workshops” or essentially shops with no English explanation of why you are there or how these things are actually made. Overall, stay at the guest house, don’t book the boat tour.
