We had a lovely stay at the rhiad. It is simply Devine. Gorgeous design, beautiful interior, comfortable rooms, delicious food. And the best part are the staff- so friendly and helpful - authentic Moroccan hospitality. Special shout out to Saido who helped us tremendously. Cannot wait to return back. Thank you 

A stunning riad with authentic Moroccan hospitality 

The staff were unwelcoming/unfriendly. 
The food was absolutely atrocious.  
Constant hand demanding tips.

Rooms were nice but noisy noisy noisy when the wind blew, keeping you up all night.

When I book this desert camp tent, the pictures were great and had very good looking. The camp from this riad is named "Aiour Luxury Camp". The interior of the tents is still great. But the bathroom had sand inside and the toilet paper looked like had been wet and dry after. The tents were all full of dirty from outside and in a general way, the camp was not looking at all like the excellent pictures they presented in the site. Though the interiors are great, the service was poor and did not correspond to what they were selling in the site. The included dinner for two people was poor and they only served one dish for two people (Meat Tajin) with very little parts of meat (almost all bones and vegetables). They had two tables outside the restaurant tent, but there was only one light spot. I had to turn on the lantern of my mobile so I could see the food. The waiter saw that and seemed to don't care. The Wi-fi in the camp was very weak what made me to go to the main building, the riad. For what I payed I expected much more. I understand however, that in this city, the locals don't care about anything. They do not seem to have any experience in tourism training at all.

Not luxury service at all

The place is just outstanding and so warming, rooms are clean with WiFi , hot water and AC, people working there are young and the kindest u can ask for , they make you feel home.
 Omar is welcoming you from the first minute to the last , music and animation are great , merzouga deserts are just two paths away, for the food Mouna is handling this, she even taught us how to prepare some tasty meals that we'll never forget. 
If u wanna do some excursions ( 4*4 , camels , skateboarding... ) just ask omar , he will get u this with the best prices.
I'm definitely coming back !

3 days at kasbah Aiour

We stayed in Riad Kasbah Aiour’s desert camp. The tent was clean and decorated beautifully. The bathroom and shower worked well. The customer service here is top notch. They will make your stay memorable. They surprised us with a beautiful campfire and music at the end of our camel ride. I definitely recommend this location, especially if you are wanting to stay in a luxurious tent.

The best customer service

Wish I could give this Riad a 20!  Omar and staff made us feel at home from the moment we stepped in the door.  Very cozy and elegant at the same time.  We stayed in a room the first night and opted for the tent the second that is combined with a sunset camel ride, candlelit dinner and breakfast.  Thought the camel ride would be hokey but a wonderful experience especially since it was just the two of us and we went to the dunes a half hour before others arrived so were able to experience its wonder by ourselves.  The tent puts most hotel rooms to shame - definitely clamping at a new level.  Returning to the camp we were met with a candle lit walkway to our tent and then a very romantic dinner.  Please don't miss this wonderful Riad.  It was a highlight of our month long exploration of Morocco.

Not to be missed

We spent two nights in this riad: it was the most appreciated location of our trip because it's a peaceful corner right near the dunes. The owner gave us a warm welcome and always caring about our us. If you want you can also sleep in their tents. Highly recommended!

A peaceful corner in the desert

This is a beautiful place with friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast & dinner were very good. The beds were the most comfortable ones in Marocco so far. We spent 2 nights but could have stayed longer. Would also recommend the jeep tour & massage arranged by them. The dunes are right in front of you!

Perfect stay

Just wow!! Amazing place , very clean , great atmosphere , beautifully designed and more than all , the staff! 
Hasan and everyone actually were incredibly welcoming , helpful and just fun to be with.

Exceptional!!!

I have been there with my sister during mid-April. This place is out of time and space: the location, decoration, landscape, music, staff, food... everything and everyone was perfect and we felt like time has stopped. The rooms are clean, well equipped, and calm. We highly recommend it to anyone searching for peace of mind and serenity. Also, special thanks to everyone there: Hassan, Moha, Mustafa and all the guys working in AIOUR!! We will definitely come back.
