Small but nice rooms, private bathroom, very clean, lovely roof terrace and great staff! Good location and relatively close to the public parking at the blue gate.
We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay again!

Lovely Stay

It's like the management photos. It's all very new and very nicely decorated. The location is very good. It's close to the most important thing in the old medina but it's still in a quiet area where you can sleep quietly. The staff is very friendly and gives good recommendations. The breakfast is complete and rich. It would definitely come back.

Clean, well decorated and very well placed.

We stayed here for one night and we had a very good time. We had two rooms, both welcoming, clean and equipped with everything we needed. We were welcomed with kindness, we were offered the tea and we were explained how to move in the medina. We were also able to leave our luggage in the hall for the next day, the girl here was very kind and helped us print the boarding passes.

Cozy hotel in the heart of the medina

We stayed in January for 3 nights. The riad is nice but very small. It has only 4 small rooms with French beds (a square and a half) and a narrow bathroom somewhat dated. Hot/cold fan coil well functioning: the room was well heated in a short time, which is appreciated because in winter the night is cold. Breakfast included of good quality.

It's a small, cozy bar that has an excellent location. It's a short walk from Talaa Kebira, one of the main arteries of the medina, and three minutes from the Blue Gate; however, being in a humble alley, it's very quiet and quiet. The alley, at first glance, gives a little respect, but it's a very safe area, even at night. And don't imagine that behind that wooden door, you'll find such a beautiful corner. There's no reason to be afraid. The owners are absolutely charming and make an effort to make everything look your way.

I sent my parents, they were delighted, hote kind with them, clean room, excellent meal, very good address, not far from the souks, the rooms are small, but well arranged, and clean,

We are already planning our next stay in this Dar... It's simply fantastic! Omar and his family made our holiday in Fes unforgettable with their kindness and availability. The Dar is located in Medina, a few minutes' walk from every point of interest in the old city; breakfast on the terrace is definitely the highlight! The room is the right size, comfortable and equipped with all the essential comforts. We can't wait to return! Altea, Fabio and Angela:)

It's just fantastic!

Authentic little Riad with 4 bedrooms with all amenities and a beautiful terrace located in a quiet alley.

That's lovely.

Simply perfect, very close to the parking lot, the decoration, especially of the common areas, is beautiful, the staff's treatment was unbeatable, we had a problem with the rental car and the owner himself accompanied us to his trusted mechanic, and we dined there and everything was very good, and he prepared a breakfast to carry because the next day we had to leave ready.

EXCELENCE, if you want to pay the price of hospitality.

We stayed 4 nights in this lovely riad with my eighty year old father and mother. The riad offer an airport shuttle and will meet you from the taxi.  My husband preferred to travel independently and find our own way through the maze of the Medina!  We did book our transport back to the airport through the hotel and were shown a local shortcut out of the Medina to a really smart taxi!
The riad is very small and personal.  All the staff are extremely friendly and were always on hand to answer questions or support any requests.  For us the location was perfect as it was right near the blue gate, well placed for a lot of restaurants, the closest end of the Medina for the train station, at the top end of the hill on which the Medina is situated and close to Hotel Batha which sold the cheapest beer!!
The riad is immaculately clean with beautiful authentic decor. There is an air condioning unit in each room which heated our room perfectly. Hot water was available throughout our stay.
Breakfast was excellent. Piping hot coffee and hot milk plus freshly squeezed orange juice. Every morning we were served a banquet of freshly cooked breads and local products.
We ate in the hotel one evening for 10 euros per person for three courses.  We were offered our own choice for the mealtime. The meal was freshly cooked and enjoyed by all.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this little authentic oasis of calm and beauty; perfectly placed to enjoy the hustle and bustle and buzz of the travellers delight of the Medina of Fes.
