Villa Tenžera

We stayed in Villa Tenzera (Magnolija apartment) for two weeks in September. It was the perfect place for the vacation in Montenegro. Herceg Novi is a very beautiful city and it surely benefits from its location at the entrance of fantastic Bay of Kotor. Wonderful place. And Villa Tenzera benefits from its location: in a residential area in a quiet place among the trees, close to the Old Town (10-15 minutes walk), close to the sea (50 m), close to the many good restaurants and cafés and small bakeries, food stores etc. We loved this place. When I think about Villa Tenzera, I remember: - marvelous sea view from our terrace; - the large terrace itself, perfect place for having breakfast, reading, drinking coffee, enjoying wine during the sunset and just relaxing doing nothing lying on the comfortable sofa; - very comfortable rooms and kitchen corner with everything we needed, including dishwasher; fast Internet and satellite TV; the ice maker was always available for all guests on the ground floor; - Villa Tenzera has a very big territory with beautiful garden, SPA center, gym, swimming pool, billiard room with air condition and facilities to prepare tea/coffee. We could use the swimming pool the first half of the day, after that it was closed for the clients of SPA center, but this was not a problem, because in the other part of the day we could go the beach, where it was not so hot near the water. There are several good beaches close to Villa Tenzera. The owner, Zoran is a very nice person and a very good professional, he speaks perfect English. Zoran and his beautiful wife Lenka were very helpful. Zoran helped us a lot to rent a car, and he organized a very convenient excursion to Dubrovnik for us on a very comfortable car with a good driver. Montenegro is a wonderful country: a great and compact combination of the beautiful seashore, mountains and woods. I love this country and if I come back (and I surely want to), Villa Tenzera will be my first choice.
