Great stay. Good staff. Nice bed. Location is great and it is clean. I only spent 2 days here and it felt homey. The staffs are welcoming. They offer stuffs to eat and the guests usually are welcoming I can write all the positive reviews but I am afraid that it will be long.

Great stay at economical rate

The staff were so helpful! They organised a trip for us to see the wild horses which was fantastic. We saw so much wildlife and the tour guide was very knowledgeable. 
At the guesthouse the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast each morning was lovely. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a very nice place to stay inbetween our tours.

Perfect stay between tours

We stood 10 days in the guesthouse in a 4 bed dorm room and had a wonderful time. Generally it is very clean and good equipped. The stuff is so kind and open, they are available any time and are always trying to help. We have been seriously sick and they brought us to a hospital nearby, to translate and took care of us during the entire stay. We would come back any time and can seriously recommend you this guesthouse, also if you like to book a tour.

wonderful and comfortable ten days stay

Honestly, out of all the places we could have stayed in Ulaanbaatar. Super friendly staff and a great location. 10 out of 10 would recommend. It was also very cheap and very clean. Also the breakfast was really nice.

Best hostel in UB

My flight arrived early in the morning and I was able to get an airport pickup and check in early. I also scheduled a full day of tours directly with them! While it was a bit chilly, Mongolia is absolutely beautiful. They made everything so easy!

Great hotel

I told him I'd check in late. But when I arrived, the host was sleeping and not properly booked. There was no proper service. I never recommend it, including service, cleanliness.

guided to a different building and the room was not ready till 6 pm.  since its different building services were not available.

Excellent Choice in Ulaanbaatar

I arrived very late to the guesthouse and no one had even expected my arrival, even though I had booked a room online a week before hand. I was taken to a separate building where they didn't have the two person room I booked. After a while of hauling my things up 4 flights of stairs without help from the people who worked there they told me I was at the wrong place. I know for a fact I was at the right guesthouse before they took me to the other building and put me in a different guesthouse room. They said it wasn't okay though, they were partner businesses, but they said I needed to repay. I showed my online receipt that I had paid but they asked me to to pay again anyway because "it didn't process". I refused to pay again. They next day a different girl questioned me about the room I was put in and again told me I needed to pay to stay. I kept telling her I paid and I showed my receipts but she's didn't understand and kept saying I needed to pay. This whole time no one even asked me my name or checked anything on their side to see that I had reserved and paid a week before.
