The service in the restaurant is terrible. The waiters are reluctant to attend. If you ever ask a waitress for the bill that isn't yours because she's going to get angry and you're going to say no to him. I tried to tell him what happened to the manager and his response was: What's the matter? The waitress started yelling at me that he was paying the bill, when I never mentioned anything about it. Then, jokingly, she commented that even if I reported it, nothing would happen. They need more qualified people, the place is pretty.

The service is horrible.

We spent one night in this campsite during our backpack trip to the Yucatan. Unquestionably the worst night we spent during our three weeks of travel. We feel like the place is abandoned, very poorly maintained. As for the tents, there is no floor, you will be in the same sand, you need to know. Very little furniture to pack your things. The inside is very wet and does not smell very good. We had the bad surprise of having rain during our three weeks of travel, and the roof is not waterproof, the water is just tasty on my way out, we moved to the beach in the middle of the night. The small toilet boats are very quietly located on the beach, so we didn't think it was possible to set up the rest of the place.

Disappointing

Really BAD SERVICE . Please dont go to this Place . Food is bad Service Terrible . We conplain to the manager . He told us to leave believe it or Not. Zero customer service . Really bad . 
We were 5 people abd we all agry. We are not demanding . Just really bad food & service

Terrible Never Go back

From the moment you arrive, a person of limited intellect, ill-disposed and rude, named Carmen, does the reception work, even with the reservation of denying us access for an hour thanks to the manglar mosquitoes, because the lady is unable to charge a fee. The people of the restaurant, treat you as if everything was inadequate for them and a nuisance. There is no dinner and it is difficult to get out to get food. Before the check-out time, the waitress is already outside the room (if that is what you can call her) to stand by you, and watch at all times in an awkward way, as if you are not stealing anything.

De lo peor!!! I am a disgrace to fate.

Most unfriendly people I ever met in the world. I walked to the gate with my little son. I only wanted to walk the 50m to take a walk at the beach. They wanted to force us to pay 140 pesos just for 50m walking distance. I just continued walking and the sropped us with many staff members. By the way, it was oblyme and a little child. Really BAD habit and bad service. Will never come back.

We travel without a vehicle, so you have to walk a lot to get to the campsite, the place is very nice, its administrators are bad, its arrogant bullies and a cost of everything want to charge you even for breathing, they wanted to charge us $100 per cell phone to be able to access wifi, a long time ago I read a news story that they had invaded which customers, in short, dangerous, arrogant administrators who don't care about customers.

Dangerous and ill-treatment of owners (managers)

Whenever we go to Xpu-ha we like to enter the entrance of Bonaza, the last time we went to the restaurant that is part of the cabanas (which used to be Ksm) had been closed, so we also went to the beach club that was on one side, the red beds, this time the beach club of Bonaza was open, the real thing looked very improvised, from the menu, to the beds/cams, when we arrived they offered us a palace with two beds and a small table, when they brought us to our palace, not say a table. This costs 300 pesos.

The restaurant is a mess! the service and staff above all!!

I was only there for lunch. It was very disappointing and overpriced. For a simple mango smoothie (crashed ice and froze mango, small size) they charged 100 pesos. Also the food was very price and low in quality.

We came up with the idea of going to the beach and the kid who was by the glamping garden approached us with a bad face saying that we had to pay $80 just to go there.We asked him if that was normal (we understood that the beaches in Mexico are publicly accessible) and my mom, she got super bad.. so we decided to go fast.

What a bad roll 🙄

For the entrance of Bonanza, you arrive at Glamping, KSM and Aranza. This time I was charged MX80 for entering (a few months ago I was not charged anything) and having service of very rustic but functional bathrooms and showers. Aranza had very good attention, normal prices, rich drinks and regular food. But the best of all is being in XpuHa, in this section it was the only one that was removing the sargazo that was there, so it looked much better. Go back a second day, as even Playa Mamitas in PDC was more full of sargazo and now almost everything has been converted into a beach club with prices much higher than in Aranza.
