What was bad
The service was good the first day. the second day and throughout the whole trip the employees were rude to us and they took over an hour to deliver our plate when we had dinner at the Italian restaurant. They need to train their employees more and treat them as family. We WANT TO FEEL WELCOMED AT A RESORT. THE ONLY STAFF THAT WAS POLITE WERE THE FRONT GUEST EMPLOYEES. THE REST OF THEM WERE RUDE NOT ONLY TO US BUT TO EVERYONE.
