What was good

I absolutely loved my stay at Nizuc; the service was excellent and there were great food options as well. Beautifully manicured grounds and filtered water available throughout the property.

What was bad

The property had filtered water readily available. However instead of promoting this, they really pushed the purchase of bottled water and I always had to specifically request filtered water. Given that they have treated their water to be safe to drink, I really wish they would focus on this more for the sake of the earth rather than promoting bottled water for their bottom line.
