There's not a lot of options around the small island of Gulhi but hey, this hotel is a great choice! Location wise, it has the best sunset view. How do i know? Tourist around the island flock in front of the hotel beach during sunset, of course as guests, we get the best seats and best positions to watch it. The hotel staff is incredibly understanding, helpful and genuinely nice. The breakfast was yummm delectable and satisfying. Everything about this hotel spells "Wonderful Memories".

Absolutely Recommended!

This is a lovely place to stay! Beautiful clean rooms with AC and nice breakfast included. Gulhi Beach Villa is situated just at beach and coral revs. A very nice couple drives Gulhi Beach Villa, it could n’t be better. 

Lovely place

Our visit has been for 5 days stay and facilities at this guest- house is far under decent lstandard. For a rate 70 USD + extra cost You will get a good standard hotel in many european countries. We do not recomend this place at present cost, more acceptable would be 30 USD , like we have got in Sri Lanka. Also today 14 years after tsunami still so much uncleaned areas along those beaches. Why is it so dirty all around???? Here comes a comunity garbitch boat to tranfer it out some 300 meters in the see!! Is that ok? No more visit here for us.

Less for the money

Gulhi Beach Villa is right next to the sea in Gulhi island, 2 mins walk from the harbour.

Amazing host Robin
Rooms are neat and clean. Had booked deluxe sea view room, which has got a big window facing the see. When we reach in the morning it was not cleaned, had to be in the Sea view room for some time. Sea view room was small room with very small window, view is not as good as the other one. Robin made sure we got our room by noon.
Location and the view : Very next to the sea, close to Gulhi harbor as well, can sit on the relaxing chairs outside and watch the blue sea, as if that picture will stay in the eye for ever. Walk for 2 mins and there was one of the best sunset views i'd ever seen
Food is also good in this guest house.

A home away from home, in a far far away island

This is a nice little place on a lovely island in Maldives. It has all the necessary amenities you can expect starting from AC, Wifi, Hot running water, a tiny refrigerator, a comfortable bed. They also provide a large bottle of water each day which is good. Electricity is not a problem on the island as the power generating station is right next to the hotel. It has a little beach in front with some lovely sunsets!! The bikini beach is only a 10 min walk across the island. The hotel staff is amazing which includes the owner Frank, the receptionist Sama, the Chef Thilina and also Ippe. They arrange all kinds of tours for you at a reasonable price. We went for the large sandbank tour, snorkeling tour, sunset fishing and dolphin watching tour. We also hired the kayak for a ride around the island. Thilina prepares some amazing food and according to your needs. They even arranged a beach side dinner the day before we left. The six nights we spent here will always be very special to us.

Wonderful Island stay away from the crowded city life!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. 
Rooms are large, clean and air-conditioned.
The food is excellent. I believe the chef used to work for one of the resorts.
There's a small beach next to the villa but, if you want to wear a bikini you'll have to go to the beach at the other end of the island. However, since Gulhi is a small island it's only a five minutes walk. One can go snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing for very reasonable prices. 

Oh, and there's also free WiFi.

Relaxing Stay

We had an excellent week with very professional and friendly family on this Beach Villa. The room was big and clean. Breakfast was every day different and very good. Thank you. 

The only bad thing from the island it's Bikini Beach, it's the only place where tourist can be on bikini. But the beach is very small and dirty. Hammacs are broken, humbrellas looks trashy... Its a little paradise but its a shame people dont respect that and put trash everywhere. Sad !!

FRIENDLY AND PERFECT PLACE TO BE

We visit Gulhi after spent 3 nights in mafushi, when we arrived at the ferry terminal someone already there to pick us up. The room was clean and spacious, the staff are very friendly and helpful. We have the best sleep during the holiday. The sunset cafe behind the building is the perfect places to see the sunset. The owner Tina was very helpful. It is truly the best places in the secluded heaven
