The room and equipment are very good and clean good location . Near to train station (Bukit Nanas st) Near to anywhere . The vortex in the centra of heart Kuala lumpur , Facilities , Bathroom ,Bedroom were spacious . Friendly and informative Staff ,,🙏🙏

The parking should be complimentary/free like other places

Why no free parking for tenant

I don't know why they ask me the deposit and the cleaning fee I book from expedia.It's never tell me I have to pay deposit

Worst service ever, no reception, staff is unprofessional, shower is in bad condition, mould in hot water kettle, bed air-conditioning not been serviced or cleanedBeds were comfortable, views from room are really good, close to amenities service is pathetic, not been run properly
