The friendly receptionist (speaking exceptional English) showed us several rooms for us to choose.  We settled on our rooms and she happily checked us in.  All the receptionists we encountered during our stay were warm and friendly and always smiling, but I would especially like to acknowledge Kristina.  She went out of her way to ensure our stay was extremely pleasant.

Great location, near shopping and (cheap taxi ride) to night life.

This Hotel is very basic. My room was small. Most remarkable of all was a Bar which was connected through a hallway. This Bar was closing at 20:00PM and there was no option for having dinner over there after this time.

Basic Hotel

As you walk in to the lobby, the Hotel looks very nice and the staff are welcoming and friendly. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, but basic, and the wi-fi is extremely sharp. The problem i have with this hotel is that its advertising aims itself at business travellers, boasting a gym, a pool, and a sauna room. While we stayed there it had none of these. Reception advised us that they were closed for redevelopment, but that could have been explained when we called to book. This is taking money by false advertising and pretences and i didn't appreciate the gesture one bit. When we complained about this, absolutely no apologies were made. Also, the bedding was sparse and in such a cold country, was not anywhere near enough. The top quilt only covered half of the bed. Just not good enough, definitely not a four star hotel, even with the fairytale amenities.

Dont be fooled

I stayed here for one night when attending an event at the large International sports arena nearby. The welcome from the receptionist was very friendly, and she was able to answer my queries in very good English. The bedroom was adequate with large single bed and work area, and included a fridge and complimentary bottle of water. The bathroom was standard quality with shower, small sink and wc. An iron and board were available at the reception desk.The restaurant was staffed with no-one who spoke English, but there were some menus with translation available. Food prices were very cheap and the quality was average.

Close to Sports Arena

This is not what i would call a hotel more like a hostel, not for older couples or business, more for getting your head down for the night (younger people) 

When I stayed looked like the military were using the rooms for service personal 

Restaurant next door more wasn't much good either very limited menu (six starters same on main course 3 choices on desert but  the one thing that was good was the beer

My room was at the top in the roof the rooms starts in the 300 going up I had no view just a skylight window, and is was hot, a fan was provided, don't stay up here 

Room was clean but very basic and receptionist was very nice and friendly 

This is my first review ever and I am not that fussy about were I stay but wasn't very impressed, I think if the restaurant had been better it would have made the trip a lot more bearable

Business trip

Very basic hotel. Rooms are spacious and very clean although mine had a strong smell of curry throughout my stay for some reason. Hotel is advertised to have a pool and fitness centre, this is not the case and false advertising. Also the hotel is rated as 4 stars on here and online but is actually a 3 star. Keep in mind its basic and you'll be happy enough
