Staff is too proud to be polite.
A 4 person apartment was so small you couldnt use the kitchen if people are sleeping on sofa.
Breakfast - 9am all the food was gone and all we managed to get was scrambled eggs after 3 asks.
Dissapointing.

Worst hotel experience ever

It was really impossible to flush the water in the toilet because of the weak water intake in the system. There was no fridge and instead of air conditioning there was only a small electric fan. The sound isolation is non existant in the facilities so do not expect calm night sleep. There is also no privacy guaranteed as the curtains are not fitting the windows so you cant make room dark enough from night lights outside and you cant hide if you want to have privacy in the room (1st floor). Super weak wifi, if you want to get any (even mobile) connection you need to bring your device close to windows to catch any 😀 no TV in the room (it was not really important for us but still a standard usually in places for that price).Breakfast is really crowded even at 8am and the stuff there is usually not managing to take care of everything so prepare to wait for the coffee machines to be fixed, to wait for the food to be ready, to wait for the restaurant to open or listen for one techno song on repeat during breakfast just because the stuff dont have time or competence to fix things. The quality of food though was good and there were plenty of options.No tea or coffee in the room, only two empty cups were provided when we checked in.NO PARKING THERE, you need to find random place in the town to park your car and it is not for free of course.

Avoid to stay there, not worth the price

We paid for the sea view apartment, but we got a garden view. Not proper clean apartment. Staff was arrogant and did not solve the problem. Breakfast was basic, coffee from coffee machine was absolutely disgusting.
We not recommend this hotel !

Don’t choose this hotel !

Amazing, great food - service was brilliant. A really good little find. I see that had a few booking problems but we got in and had a great experience, really tasty and fantastic presentation. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing..

Did not got reply to my reservation email for about two weeks. Try calling – no success. I would usually end my business with such hotel straight away, but we were part of the group who stayed in this hotel for some special event, so I was kind-of attached to stay there anyways. But it was really no surprise that hotel staff managed to lost some reservations of our group.

Rooms – nice in pictures, however, some of them incredibly small. Most of them – badly furnished, impractical. Had to move our bed to use power socket. Shower floor has slope of 0 degrees – who does that? As you can imagine, very easy to get whole bathroom flooded.

Chaotic parking rules - it is subject to charge, but no one was registering it. Some friends of our group were not allowed to park, as parking was “fully pre-booked”, however, it was actually half-empty during our entire stay.

Breakfast – food was ok, but very limited selection, slow on refill.

On positive side - good location, nice terrace, spacious breakfast area overlooking lagoon. Kids playing zone inside the restaurant. Most of hotel staff seem to be friendly persons, however, lacking training.

Worst hotel ever. We stayed there for three nights, and every morning we woke up very early because of noice. We couldn’t rest at all. Parking is small, had problems with it. Hotel price comparing to quality is very high. So not coming back there

Horrible

The hotel was unfinished. Room smelled horrible, the sheets were old and grey, pillowcase wrong size. Curtains covered two out of three windows. No air conditioning or fan, had to open windows at night, but the staff was having a party in a yard. The yard was filled with garbage and that was supposed to be a forest view. For breakfast we were sat at the sun 30 C degrees and waites for coffee for an hour.
We left early amd had to finish our holiday earlier, receptionist never showed up, didn’t answer the call, so there was no one we could complain to, so we just left the key to a housekeeper.

Worst hotel

This place wasn't anything special but the rooms were clean and everything worked.
The breakfast is OK, nothing special but there's plenty of food.
It's on the lagoon but the rooms don't over look it, however the dining room does.
It's about 10 minutes walk to the central part of Nida where the restaurants and supermarket are.
The window curtains are very thin and in summer the rooms are very bright when trying to sleep, especially as the sun sets late and rises very early.

Good enough for a few nights 

Rooms are run down, saggy mattress, noisy. Restaurant has a canteen character. The basic buffet (breakfast & dinner) lacked of refill during all occasions, crockery and cutlery were missing, had to run after service personnel to refill, staff ignorant and unfriendly. Obviously understaffed. Positive is only the proximity to the Curonian Lagoon, though one cannot swim due to severe pollution. Though a stroll along the promenade to the town city is lovely. The Baltic sea shore is around 20 minutes walk.

Last option when staying in Nida

Located just outside the city center and right by the lagoon. The place has it’s own charm to it and a historical background as well. The cafe has the beautiful view of the lagoon and also the restaurant where breakfast buffet is also served has the same view. However, the breakfast buffet is not the best for an European hotel. It is very basic and seems as if they have given very little attention to the food selection as well as quality. Being a coastal town I expected at least some sort of fish (smoked or even pickled) to be included in the buffet but there were no seafood whatsoever. Also there were no fresh fruit juices. 
There are some tables and chairs outside between the two buildings where rooms are located. There was a large group of people late in the night making noise till about 2am and we could not get much sleep because of that. It’s better they could move those tables and chairs towards the lagoon side or by the road so the rooms get less noise. 
The room we stayed was very neat and the bed were very comfortable. The shower gel was out and even the second day they had not refilled it. 
Overall the management has some improvements to do to enhance comfort of the guests for the price they pay.
