Tynch and his family are the most welcoming people you will fine. You have privacy when you want and at same time any help, when you need it.

This was my 2nd year in a row visit and it wont be the last.

Highly recommended !!

My family and I spent two nights at Happy Nomads. We love the yurts. Very comfortable. Even better, the owner and his family are amazing and made sure we had a great trip to Karakol. When we come back to Karakol, we will make sure to stay at Happy Nomads. 

We stayed for two days, went hiking and came back for two more days.
Our yurt was really nice and clean, good beds, good showers, western toilet.
Breakfast was really good as well, with fresh omelette.

The owner gave us all the information (in near perfect English) we needed about which hikes we could do, what the conditions were and offered to make reservations for us where needed. Really helpfull and nice person (same goes for the rest of the family) Feels like a warm home ☺️

My friends and I spent the weekend at Happy Nomads and it was a perfect experience! Tynch and his family are perfect hosts and were super accommodating. They provided us with everything we needed, and recommended tons of activities for us to do! We recommend this place to everyone, and we cannot wait to come back!

This was my first time sleeping in a yurt and it was a lovely experience. This was a very clean place, with nice and modern yurts and it was a perfect place to experience a yurt for the first time. The owner and his family were super nice and helpful and he spoke English, which was very helpful. 

My boyfriend and I are vegan and they prepared us a nice vegan breakfast, which was very nice and tasty. 

The beds in the yurt were SO comfortable and there were enough blankets to stay warm in the night. The bathrooms and showers were a short walk away and were very clean as well. 

There was a nice common area, with lots of space and comfy places to sit, which was fantastic for us to work! 

I highly recommend this place to anyone who is wanting a really cool yurt experience in Kyrgystan.

Great accommodation in a wonderful garden full of flowers. This is a gem in Karakol. Very helpful family and comfortable clean yurts. It is a little out of the centre and may be difficult to find, but it is worth the trip and taxis are very cheap in town

Very friendly and helpful owner. Sorted out all sorts of things for us (which is needed). Accommodation fun and warm and comfortable. Nice breakfast and tea offered, and good quality toilet facilities. 

Very quiet and wonderful place to stay in Karakol highly recommended to the tourists. Myself with 4 freinds have stay two nights got so many experiences and the owner Mr. Tynch of this hostel is a great person who have provided us everything even he have planed for us for day tour.



When you walk through the gate, you will think you have arrived in Paradise! I cannot say enough good things about Happy Nomads. I stayed over three weeks using it as a base for working on-line. EXCELLENT wifi throughout the property! 
I slept so well in the comfy yurt. The almost 1/3-inch-thick felt keeps the sounds inside muffled giving the place a secure and cozy feel at night. Showers are great and hot! Great common areas for relaxing and working. 
The staff is super helpful in helping you figure out any activity you have in mind for your visit. If you don't know what you want to do, they are full of recommendations. 
The included breakfast is amazing. The teapot is always bottomless and if you walk away hungry, it is your own fault. Pancakes, crepes, the fluffiest omelet you have ever seen--eggs from local chickens and homemade jam. Altynai is an amazing cook. Do I have to leave?

Happy nomad is a quiet, green and clean place. Very friendly and helpful hosts who speak English and German. The perfect place to relax and calm down. Easy to get  there by taxi (around 75 Som). Highly recommended
