Text: Good location, but tired fit out and shabby linens mean there are better options. Nearby is a range of popular coffee shops better suited to younger patrons, with attendant traffic issues. Inconsistent security policy can be problematic.

Better options to be had

Please beware of the management of this company and how they conduct themselves. With no information, reason or even communication I have not been able to recover my deposit. It seems to be company policy as I know of multiple other former residents who have had the same issue. Mr Ziad is a nightmare to deal with. Three months notice was given and the apartment was given back as received upon moving out when they told me that my deposit of 900 KWD would be returned within days. A month later, after relentless efforts to get in contact with Mr Ziad he bluntly told me I would not be getting the deposit and then blocked my phone calls, not however before mounting a personal attack. Please proceed with caution. if you intend on doing any business with this company.

Nice place to stay also it is a place that is easy to find staff members were very helpful there was a small kids play area. the hotel is near Kuwait towers also there are some nice restaurants in the area and a near by cinema the rooms are clean and very well furnished so is the kitchen fully occupied  

Nice place to stay 

I arrived tired but no receptionist. In stead I found the security guy covering for him.  He called him and took him 10 min to show up. He did not apologize and was very unorganized. Never again and you should not either waste your money here

This residence is a great place for a family to enjoy their stay and shop in Kuwait. Even though I have been here for a business issue, but I enjoyed being in one of their apartments. Its a new building, clean apartment, style furniture. Its close to the main shopping area in old Kuwait city, where your can access to "Almubarakyia" Tradition market easily and very close to the Gulf St. and many Malls close by.
